Hannah Tuesdays | 11:30-12:00pm 10/1/21 - 10/29/21 We'll take your workout and split it up. Start with cardio training and then move on to core strengthening exercises.
Hannah Thursdays | 11:30-12:00pm 10/1/21 - 10/29/21 This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
