Donkey Kicks With A Band
Donkey kicks are a great exercise for your glutes. Using a resistance band while doing donkey kicks will add more difficulty by creating a resistance while your leg extends back. You can use a cirlce band or a long band to do this exercise. Click below to see how it is done.
