An exclusive fitness facility for IDS Center Tenants.  Membership is a complimentary convenience for the busy employee.  Come for a quick workout, group fitness class, or check out our wellness programs under our Current Programs.

GROUP FITNESS

Group fitness classes are a great way to add variety to your workouts. These classes are designed for all fitness levels, and can be adjusted by the amount of weight used and modified exercises.
