AdvantageStrong is a FREE 6-week workout program designed by AdvantageHealth certified personal trainers and health coaches! Over the course of 6 weeks, we will provide you with a variety of workout videos that allow you to make strength gains and improve your overall fitness. We will also set you up with a calendar outlining what days to complete the workouts and when to take rest days.

AdvantageStart is a 12 week workout program designed by your fitness center staff! Over 12 weeks we will provide you with 4 new workout videos every 4 weeks AND a calendar outlining what days to complete the workouts with suggested progressions for each workout.
