I have always loved being active, my sport of choice growing up was dance. I learned a lot about training and conditioning in dance, and I believe that is when my passion for fitness started. I like to teach a variety of group fitness classes, from Dance Fitness to Strength Training. I am willing to learn and teach any class style, I recently learned Step Aerobics and LOVE it! As much as I enjoy fitness, I like to focus on other aspects of wellness in my programs as well. This includes: Mental wellness, social wellness, and environmental wellness too.

Some things I enjoy to do in my free time are: Travel, spend time with my pets (1 dog 2 cats), be outdoors, coach/teach dance, and sleep :)
